Grandma story
Bonjour! to you who are reading this. This nifty blog called AnT Farm here is my corner in the vast internet sea. The name AnT came because it is a nickname that I used when I was gaming starcraft, cs, warcraft, quake3, you name it, back in the secondary school days and university life and it stucked with me ever since. Not that many leap years ago, probably back in my uni days, I realized that I started to really take into heart arts, design, illustrations, photography and basically anything to do with graphics. I surfed lots of forums and websites, building a collection of graphics as a source of inspiration. This is my way of appreciating art and hopefully one day I can be one of those artist. Here you will find rants, experiences, complains, special event and a thing or two about art.

Goblok-ing
Recently I got a hold of a camera phone & that makes blogging a whole lot easier( cuts down on writing), so there will be plenty of pictures, so those with 56k(still got meh?) connection beware..

I like drawing figures, sketching thumbnails, editing photos, make stupid jokes, use flash to make animation/websites, try new things like ‘conteng’ the walls, draw t-shirt with markers, talk crap, watch movies, & also interested in making money(who doesnt?).

Home sweet home
Originally I’m from Malacca, home of satay celup, chicken rice balls, only got one cinema until recently, boring night life, slow paced lifestyle & little opportunity for graphic design but nice to relax & just do nothing. Two years ago I came to KL to look for work & right now I’m working in the multimedia field. I specialize in any creative content work using Flash, XML and CSS.

UPDATED:

About a month ago, I quit my job, and shifted to Singapore to work for a company there. Now, I’m staying with another 3 guys from uni days, who were already working in Singapore before I did. I’m basically doing online stuff here, banner ad, microsite, EDMs, website, migration, etc etc, you name it, I do it. New job, new environment, new culture(somewhat lah), new food(hmm) and new currency, KA-CHING! It is but another step closer to my dreams.

(Note: The pic is obviously fake, but hey, it looks pretty legit rite… anyway no chance to go to the Merlion there yet. One day I update with real pic hahahaa.)

Addicted
I can’t live without the Internet, let alone without a PC, so you will see me making little changes here & there on my blog every now & then. I like to design(once a designer always a designer), draw, sketch, meet new people, talk about related interest, go to new places, take pictures, watch movie(didn’t I mention that already?), figure out how things work, listening to music, take a vacation and enjoy life in general.

Conclusion
These are my thoughts. I’d say “Take some chances & live life to the fullest!”. My dream is to be free to do what I want, whenever I want. Doing the things that I liked, living the life I dream of, to be the greatest known designer to mankind, fall in love & make someone special happy, give my family a comfortable life, buy a big big house, drive a super car to my agency, have my own business, making money while having fun, go for a trip to outer space.
