Meant to write this sooner, but due to time constraints…. so here goes. On the 27 of October, a group of friends and me went to yong peng. The idea was to have a go at some famous yong peng fishballs, and then put up a night at a very old bunglow deep inside a palm oil plantation. We also planned to have a BBQ there. So at around 11am on that Saturday, we left for young peng, which is about 1 hours drive away. Read the rest of this entry »
It’s been a while since i’ve updated my blog, but work has been piling up lately. On most nights, i’ve been reaching hom at about 10 pm, and for the past 2 weekends, i was in Malacca. The days when i was home by 5.30 is now over. If i can leave work before 8pm, that’s considered early. Hopefully i’ll find time to update my previous post. Right now, i don’t even have time to go out for dinner with my friends, which i used to do at least twice a week last time. Ah well, it’s nearing the end of the year, and the holidays are coming, so i’ll make it up then.
Writing from my friends place here, wating for him to pack so that we can leave for malacca. Hope to arrive there before midnight. Then tomorrow will be leaving for Johor. Having some bbq there. Will update later with pics.
Was in Bangsar on Saturday for lunch. Spotted this on my way to my car.

It appears that this Vios has an intercooler. At first, I tought it was fake, but judging by the piping and boost meters, it might have a real turbo underneath.
Just came back from having dinner in Petaling Street with a friend. Beef noodles, best I’ve had. Can’t believe I haven’t been to Petaling street before this, I guess I’m a Petaling street virgin. This street is best known for all kinds of imitation goods that can be purchased here, from fake Rolex watches to LV hand bags to Adidas shoes. They even have fake perfume! The amazing thing is, they all look like the real thing, it’s hard to tell the difference from the original products and the fake ones. Malaysia Boleh eh, haha. The street also reminded me of the famous night market in Bangkok that I went last year, can’t remember what the place is called. Pictures to come later, but unfortunately can’t take alot of them, as both of my hands were occupied with holding my drinks, a cup of sugar cane water in one had, and a cup of ”air mata kucing” in the other, haha.
